Meredith Bestland, Esq
Ms. Meredith Bestland earned her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from Florida State University, where she majored in international affairs and psychology.
During law school, Ms. Bestland interned with the felony division of the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore, MD. While at Penn State, she was a public interest fellow. She participated in a legal clinic for which she, along with her professor and other members, accepted an award.
Ms. Bestland began her career in immigration law where she represented individuals in removal proceedings before the immigration court. Her practice has centered around the public interest and representation of marginalized individuals.
